Hello,
I shave with a razor now, it's like my t-shirts get stuck to my skin. I guess it makes my skin kind of like sand paper and the shirt can't sit right. I wouldn't want t shirts to permanently be like that because it's annoying. Will laser hair removal do that too or will it make my skin smooth? Please give valuable suggestions.
