Default Non-Surgical way to get rid of loose skin and stretch marks that look like wrinkles?

I have really bad sagging sking and stretch marks on my tummy after 2 kids. I want to know what it the best procedure to improve it. I have lost almost all the baby weight. I only have about 10 - 15 pounds to go. I do not want a tummy tuck. I do not like that big long scar at all. I want something with lasers or something. I was thinking maybe thermage and/or coolbeam? I am only 22 and I want to be able to wear a bikini again and look good naked for my husband. I feel so embarrassed about it. Here are some pictures so you get an idea.

The front:

Bending over and sucking it in. Those are my ribs sticking out.

This is what I see when I bend over.

I have and none have helped. Do you have any specific ones you recommend? I"m taking some mustela body firming pills now that are all natural. Hopefully they might help some. It's only been 6 days so I don't see a difference yet.

i know this really gets alot of women down although that of course is what a body looks like after its been stretched about. You're not too overweight so some form of lipo of smartlipo must be best option. In my experience thermage gives the slightest of benefits in areas of loose sagging skin eg jowls or fat overhanging knickerline in 40s. As to the stretch marks there are at least 20 lasers that won't do a thing, a warehouse full of creams etc etc. the lipo will make them look better and they'll reduce quick at your age. To get rid of them i think its hard core laser. losinng few pounds and booking in for smart lipo on the little pooch might be really good way to go..... or not. hope it helps and good luck!!!!!!

I think you should go with ayurvedic and herbal medicine,.........because ayurvedic medicine have the capabilities to cure loose skin and stretch marks....fat grafting under eye.
