Default Fat injections under eye?

I have very hallow looking under eyes due to loss of fat. Do they do fat injections under eyes to fill in this space to get rid of the dark circles? It is really annoying to have these and the fact that I have a prominent brow bone makes it look even worse. I can't stand this and want to do either fat injections or Restylane. I heard good things about Juvederm too but I would prefer a permanent solution because I can't afford to do this every year.

I don't know. It's tough to say. Are injectable fillers like Juvederm used more often because they're better, or is it because surgeons don't know how to do (or want to bother) with fat injections under eye.

I do know though I have heard some drawbacks with fat injections not lasting very long. I don't know if this is always the case but it's something to keep in mind.

How long fillers last is a very big concern. Under the eye is also a tricky area. I've seen more bad results than good.
