My mother is interested in getting an endoscopic brow lift but she is totally clueless when it comes to these things. I have no idea either really what plastic surgeons are best for this. I don't want her to have a raised look that is fake. I really want her to just have a very natural appearance after the surgery. Any recommendations? She lives in the southeast.

I don't have any names to recommend specifically but I do know that not a lot of surgeons are skilled with the endoscopic approach. So you need to make sure you find a doctor that specializes in doing these. Some doctors may pretend to but it takes a lot of talent to do it liproscopically using tools not being able to see what they're doing totally. So I would say the best surgeons for endoscopic browlifts would be a surgeon that specializes in doing them.
