Deep frown line surgery
I'm probably the black sheep on this forum because i'm a 28 year old asian male asking a question about facial cosmetic surgery.
My question relates to frown lines. I have a single frown line between my eyebrow which is permanent and is there even when i'm not frowning. It's quite deep and only gets worst in the sun. In the sun, i feel like I have an uncontrollable amount of frowning which occurs. I've even gone as far as looking at other peoples expression in direct sunlight and it seems they have no frowning at all or very little. Yes, I wear sunglasses(polarized) and wear a hat when ever I know I will be outside. I use aloe vera daily as a moisturizer and i drink plenty of water.
I'm extremely active, I'm also in the medical field, I work out 4-5 times a week, current body fat is approximately 15.9%, my plan is to get it down to 10-11% to see if that helps.
I've tried botox injections before and it helped tremendously with the physical frowning issues, but the frown line was still there.
I believe I have a hyper active or oversized corrugator muscle??
I've attached 2 pictures. The first image is relaxed and the 2nd one is frowning.
My goal is to eliminate the frown line all together and keep everything looking natural.
1. What do you recommend having done?
2. Where would be the site of incision?
3. What is my expected outcome? Total frown removal?
And any additional comments or thoughts you may have.
Although Botox is considered effective for forehead but the results differ from person to person. There are many other treatments as well, the details of which can be found at www.bellarosaclinic.com. I hope this will be helpful for you.
