Brow bone reduction surgery is an improvement I have thought about. I am a male in my mind thirties and have an overly prominent brow bone that juts out above the eye. I don't like this physical trait and would like to change it but am worried about the safety of surgery and if it will change my eye brow shape. I wonder what this surgery is like. Are the cuts hidden by the eyebrows or are they across the whole brow ridge. Do the eye brows sag after the bone is filed down. These are all questions I will ponder before brow bone reduction surgery if I end up getting it.

Brow bone reduction is most popular for female feminization surgery.

Do you have brow bossing and/or a thick skull bone?

It will change the shape of your eyebrows. It will pull them up (only to sag later) and make them look tight (at first). This is a tricky surgery, and I have seen a lot of horrors over the years. It can give a very artificial/hardened appearance. Many brow bone reductions make the patient look "done", which is highly undesirable. Placement of the incision is individually dependent.

Well I happen to think a strong brow bone looks hot on men, so I wouldn't get brow bone reduction if I were you!
