Will Obama's health care plan cover plastic surgery
 

I really need a rhinoplasty (it's a functional rhino my nose is collapsed on one side) and I cannot get health insurance because of it. The insurance companies classify it as a pre-existing condition. I hope this Obama plan will work because I really need it fixed and cannot afford it without insurance... the surgery is something like 35k!

Obama's health plan will cover NO plastic surgery. Why and how did you get such a high quote?

What about procedures that are 'reconstructive' ;)

That remains to be determined. Procedures that are deemed "medically unnecessary" will definitely not be covered. I guess a few deviated septums may have the ability to fly under the radar, but breast implants for example would not be covered. i will look into this further and update my response when I obtain new information.
