I heard something about Hillary Clinton putting some addendum in her health care plan that would help cover cosmetic procedures. Has anyone else heard this? Is this true? I guess she has had some fixing up and understands how important it is for every American to be able to afford plastic surgery and the whole ethics of true equality instead of only rich people. In South America many countries I believe have programs that assist in financing so even poor people can get the cosmetic medical help they need.

if this is true i don't see why not. u know in europe most countries pay for plastic surgery. in spain the government paid for a friend's nose job because he went to a psychiatrist and they said that he would be better off if the bump got fixed so he wouldn't feel so self conscience. the GOVERNMENT paid for it so in cases like this why shouldn't our insurance we're paying for pay for things like nosejobs and liposuction to make us feel better about ourselves. surgery is cheaper than shrinks and pills anyway!
