Well they really don't say much about it. Could it be that she was fired for missing too much work from all the surgery?

Agree. It's not established that plastic surgery was the cause for firing. Beautiful face and don't see mention of surgery on that.

They may not mention it but I see a few things on her face that are possibly "enhanced"
