Default Face Lift Tape... scam?

A company called Cosmesearch makes face lift tape called the Secret Lift and I am trying to find out if it's any good. I am a bit fuzzy about how it works but you tape and pull back the skin somehow and it temporarily gives you a face lift. Here are before and after

Does anyone know anything about this face lift tape?

The tape sounds like a total gimmick to me, however, those photos have been completely retouched. Also, notice the difference in the makeup on the models in the before and after pics.

Here is an article about the tape:

Yes the contrast on those photos has definitely been changed. I could only see this being practical for something like portraits and photos being taken. Anything other than that sounds like torture to have to wear something pulling at your face all day. We all want to look good but is it worth nonstop torture?

These types of products are temporary solutions to a permanent problem.

My Mother uses this tape.... she looks great all the time, she never leaves the house without it.........this is for someone who cannot afford plastic surgery who wants to look nice once in awhile when going to a special function....My Mom went to see a plastic surgeon to have fillers.. she could not afford the inital cost of 2.000 not knowing how long the filler would last, that was a little risky and steep on her pocketbook.......she is high risk for surgery of any kind, so she found these face lift tapes online and ordered them.... they come with these bands that stretch like rubber bands, and you thread them through holes in the tape... you afix a tape under the ear on the side, and stretch the band around the back of the neck to the other side of the neck/face area, you position it the same way you did on the other side... it pulls the face back to the position to where you want it.. the neck also......your hair hides the tapes.... they are clear, and they last until you remove them.... My Mom has been using them for about 2 years, and she loves them..its a quick fix if you cant afford plastic surg. and want to look good when you go out.....they are not expensive at all.... I would not say they done work, they do work wonderfully, its just that its not plastic surgery, and these tapes come off when you are ready to remove them, so its a good thing for those who cannot afford fillers or cannot have surgery...also I might add. many people in show business has used facial tape over the eyars when they go on stage..... its a common known secret of many performers... barbara steisand is one of them

I don't think Streisand uses them, as she has had multiple facelifts.

Default Instant Face Lift Tape

I saw the youtube video of this product and was BEYOND impressed, altho I figured it would be a bit of a hoax, but for $15.95, I figured, "what do I have to lose?" (that's the cost of a bad lunch, and I've wasted many a dollar there). I AM BEYOND AMAZED at how WONDERFUL this product is...It EASILY will take 10+ years off your face...It stays on until YOU take it off...You're not even aware of wearing it...You do need some hair length to cover the quarter-inch metal stems that go into the hole of the tape...the tape is downright invisible...My hair is long and worn back, and a few wispy pieces that hang down on the sides, cover it...I am almost 64. I entertain as a one-girl band, and this was the ticket I was looking for and the BEST alternative to expensive, invasive plastic surgery. From the first day I put it on, I went back on line and ordered another set...a month later, I ordered a year's supply. I can't imagine EVER entertaining or going out anywhere special WITHOUT wearing these...I keep waiting for this product to hit the stores. Obviously, I recommend this product whole heartily! It's so inexpensive, that I just see it as a part of "my make-up routine." 1000% Satisfied!

I use this product and could not imagine NOT using it ever again...TOTALLY AMAZING...if you watch the youtube video of how to apply it, it's quite simple. You have tape with a little hole in it..you have 2 stretchy bands. You thread one band thru the hole and a little metal clip keeps the string band from coming thru the hole. So you have tape on each side of your face with a stretchy string hanging from each side. you pull the string up, and when you do, it pulls your face up. You take each end of the "string" pulling it up and it'll connect where you want it to, depending on how tight you want to pull it...then your hair totally covers it (unless of course, you have a crew cut) then the string band would show...hope this helps.
