Hello,
Is there a remote nation other than the US that has shoddy plastic surgery, yet is sheltered. Fascinated by rhinoplasty and jaw insert.

I know about Thailand, but honestly I don't know what to think. Better to pay a bit more, than facing with who knows what kind of problems.
I will go for a BA in Toronto. :P

I will suggest you not to outside of your country. Sometimes lower price may cause huge expenses in future.

Right! If the Cosmetic surgeon is a reliable one, the better ignore the cost! It is the matter of health. Nothing should be compromised for it.
