Hello guys,
i have a double chin face and i want to get rid of it.Just wondering to know Can face lift surgery help me to get a skinny and slim face or i should go for exercise?Please suggest me some thing that could help me out,Thanks.

Exercise wont work for reducing your facial fat. You should better go for Facial Cosmetic Surgery which would get you the desired facial features.
