face lift after heavy weight loss?

what's the best type of face lift to get after you lose a ton of weight. i had gastric bypass a while back and lost nearly 100 lbs. i always wear turtle necks now to cover up my neck rolls, i need a face lift but just can't afford it right now.

congrats on the weight loss!! sorry to hear about your problems now from it though. :( sounds like you will need a full face lift and neck lift but as you said that won't be cheap. maybe insurance will cover it if it's a health issue though? (like infections between the skin folds maybes) if they cover circumcision for that reason i dont see why this should be any different.

I had a friend that had gastric bypass. Unfortunately after major weight loss she needed to get everything nipped and tucked.
