Your help is needed please….
I got a tummy tuck 10 years ago and it still looks great today,
especially because my surgeon told me that there are no
permanent cures and toned muscles will be maintained only
by exercise. As much as I hate jogging and weights he was right…
my question is, now that I’m going for a mid face lift, will
facial workouts help maintain the results longer as it did with my tummy tuck?
