I'm a 24 year old male and desiring a more masculine appearance. I often get mistaken for someone in their early teens and, while I'm sure it would be flattering in my 40s, it's not what I'm shooting for in my mid-twenties.
I originally went to a plastic surgeon to talk about buccal fat removal. After an inspection, he instead suggested a chin implant and neck liposuction in order to improve my jawline. He thought that the buccal fat removal wouldn't yield as much towards my goal as these operations.
Any thoughts on this, based on my pictures? I'd really like to look like a 24 year old man than feel like a 24 year old teenager.
