Hello. I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum, but I was thinking about getting buccal fat pad removal, and I wanted your opinion on whether I might be a good candidate.

I've always hated the width of my lower face. I have a small forhead and the fact that I have such chubby cheeks make it seem all the more obvious. My chubby cheeks are especially evident when I smile. I've heard that buccal fat pad removal becomes regretable as you age because we naturally lose facial fat as we get older, so I've heard lower face lifts and liposuction as better alternatives

What I want is a bit more of a defined look to my cheeks/lower jawline. A straight line between my chin and my ear as opposed to a rounded edge. I also want more of a planar look between my cheekbones and jawline. anyway, what do you all think. Here is a picutre:

Hi Atay...at least on my screen the picture did not come through. You may want to try to re-post. One thing that is impressive is that you are looking ahead at the future effects of your potential procedure - not only do many people not do this, but many surgeons neglect to warn people about these things!
