cross the boarder

I have a friend that went across the boarder to Baja and obtained services from
Anewbody.net. Has any one heard of this place? Should I not consider going across
the boarder? I did find another place I like in San Diego, does anyone know if the pricing is more expensive in San Diego versus Los Angeles?

I have heard many horror stories of people going to foreign countries to save money, only to be left with devastating results (that end up costing them more money!)
