I wish those photos of the 45 year old woman mentioned in the article were bigger! I do have to ask though if the results are ever a "bloated" look (because fat injections aren't as precise, right?)

Injectable fillers are another option, but I guess the advantage of fat injections is they *should* last longer.

If the fat is not injected properly or too much is injected, yes, a bloated and/or uneven appearance is possible.
