Post Surgery skin lift....puckered skin

I had a lower face skin lift 5 days ago and look awful. I had a full facelift 6 years ago and was really happy withy the results. This procedure (done by the same PS) has left me badly bruised, swollen and with puckered skin on the mid face coming out from my ear incisions. Am I expecting too much too soon. Is this normal? I am trying not to panic. I see the doctor tomorrow for my first post-op.

You are literally just out of surgery, but puckered? Not swollen? Consult with the surgeon and definitely let us know what he says.

For so soon out after surgery it would be hard to tell one way or another. What did your doctor say?
