Poor Facelift Victims Speak Up! Important PS Comsumer Complaint Case
 

Before anyone goes under the knife for any surgical procedure, they should be prepared for all outcomes. While many surgeries are successful with little to no complications, a poor surgical experience can disable a patient. Case in point: Lucille Iacovelli: ~ Losing Face ~.

I have been helping Lucille tell her story through a book project that is now stalled because the doctor who disabled her sued in federal court to silence her Online criticism. On top of all this, Judge Sarah Evans Barker (JUDGE SARAH EVANS BARKER: A.K.A. JUDGE GOD) is someone very sympathetic to hospital interests in Indianapolis where Eppley practices. Her family has been entrenched in the health care industry for hundreds of years, and she is on the board of directors for the main health care company Eppley pays rent to and buys his malpractice insurance from. Lucille simply can't afford to appeal this judge, who is walking all over the First Amendment to enforce a bogus injunction against this victim of poor plastic surgery.

Lucille was also featured in the HBO Documentary Plastic Disasters. Her history as a victim is extensive. Dr. Eppley also has a history of at least 7 known malpractice cases he was involved in.

Hi Rich, those allegations sound horrible :( I hope she is able to improve her appearance somehow, someway.

I know there are many patients on here that have been victims of their plastic surgeons, but I have not heard anything about the specific surgeon you are referring to.

Unethical, to say the least
 

The lawsuit outlined by Rich Bergeron is probably one of the ugliest and corrupt ways in which an injured patient has been silenced.

Dr. Barry Eppley, his lawyers and even the judge involved in this case have plenty to answer for, medically and legally speaking.

This woman has been actively writing about her botched surgery by Dr. Eppley for years.. 7 or 8 years, without his taking any action against her. That's enough to make anyone understand how desperately he wanted to silence her. He wasn't able to do it legally (by means of legitimate claims of defamation) for many years. So he allegedly faked a suicide message and found lawyers to act on this phony message because that was his only desperate chance to finally shut her up!

How sick is that? How desperate is Dr. Eppley and why is he so desperate to silence this lady? Her website contains loads of spot on documentation about his deception and mishandling of her surgery, including opinions of other doctors that her medical problems were caused by this face lift.

This doctor ruined this lady's life and health forever. I wish I had seen her website and videos before going under the knife. I didn't know how lucky I was before.
