Default Laser blepharoplasty a scam?

I heard about this new technique for a eyelift that is technically called laser blepharoplasty. However if you use common sense you wonder how it's possible to remove skin and raise the eyebrows simply by shooting a laser beam at it. I think with this procedure you unfortunately just need to go under the knife and get the excess skin removed. Because I see no other way how it can be done.

It's kind of like those people that are peddling non surgical nose jobs. Well yeah if you want to make your nose larger I can see how that makes sense. But most people want a smaller bridge or nose so injecting stuff is not going to be the solution. Same thing with eyelifts and lasers, am I right?
