My eyes are swollen after my Blepharoplasty?

Hello,
I got an upper Blepharoplasty on both eyes Wednesday and my eyes are very swollen. Does anyone know how to make it go down or do I just have to wait it out?

Did your doc not provide instructions? I did frozen pea-pack but tried to leave it alone as much as possible. I wasn't too swollen so you may want to check with your doc to make sure no additional instructions are there for you to follow with excess swelling.
