Can plastic surgery fix this?
 

when I was just a kid I had bit of an accident with my left eye. When it healed, it is now a little bit bigger than my right eye. IT is only noticeable if you look for it. But when I go to sleep at night, my left eye never really closes completely. I have a pair of "round" eyes.

Can plastic surgery fix this? if yes, how would they do it? and how much would it cost?
