Can you make the eyes farther apart?

I really wish my eyes were farther apart. Is there any surgery out there that can help me? What all can you do surgery-wise as far as the way your eyes are set?

You can't but don't worry, your eyes should only be one eye length apart normally. A lot of famous models do have close set eyes (less than one eye width) and they disguise it with make up. Kate Moss is one example. Everyone thinks she has wide eyes, but just google her name and "close set eyes" and you will actually see she doesn't.

Makeup does wonders and you're right Angel there's no certain way eyes are supposed to be spaced. :)

why can do it - but it depends on your eye baals how ar appart it can hold the eyes.
But i read it in aa article that soem peoples that have facial or eye lid surgeries experience some powerloss fter a crtain time. This is because it prodices strain around the eyes that creates stain on the eyes. So, removing the eys itself wont be that of a good deal after few of teh surgeriy !!1

your formula of one eye length does NOT always hold up.... it is not taking into account how big the rest of your face is!! So it's relative.... if u have too much face outside of your eyes, then your eyes ARE close together cuz there is too much face past your features, making them look crammed in the center... not a good look at all.

there are a couple of things u can do to help. a flatter nose bridge (so possibly bumped a bit wider and flat) makes eyes seem wider set, which is more appealing and picturesque. next, if u really want to do something to the eyes, u can give them a pull surgically so they have that bedroom eye look. this more slanty look makes them more horizontal and less vertical. as i said, stop fixating on if they are one eye apart and use common sense if they look too crammed compared to how much face there is around it (how wide jaw is for example).

No, there is no way that you can use to make your eyes farther from each other. But makeup can do the trick for you. As angel says, there are many models out there who have close set of eyes and they look good.

I also disagree with Angel. It is all relative to the rest of the face. Interesting comment about Kate Moss though, I will have to take a look.

Surgery to separate the eyes is extremely involved and is usually reserved for people with bone abnormalities. A proper evaluation by a specialist in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery is a good place to start to understand your options.

In summary, surgery for this is not an option.

Surgery is definitely not an option. You cannot move the entire eye area. Not yet at least (scary thought ... what will we be able to change next).
