24/M here...What procedures could improve my horrible eyes?

Hello all. First post here! I feel like I have some of the ugliest eyes ever. People have made comments since high school, such as asking if I were high or have down syndrome, etc. Kids will be kids I guess! However, I am still VERY self conscious about them and can't look anybody in the eyes and have been wearing glasses for years in an attempt to hide them. My eye lids appear droopy and the brows look as if they are puffy and weighing on the eye lid...I guess. Are there procedures out there that I could research that could improve my eyes, even if it's slight?

Added photos.

Do either of your parents have similar eyes?

I once knew of someone that had similar eyes and strangers would assume she had down syndrome when that was by no means the case. Some individuals such as yourself are perfectly normal but may have a physical trait that society considers abnormal because it is not as common at the average or status quo.

I do not know too much about blepharoplasty but this may be something that could be improved. I would recommend consulting with a few reputable plastic surgeons to gather feedback.

Dude, you think you have it bad?

Before eyelid surgery, my eyelids were much much worse than yours. One of my eyelids had a crease, was more forward in the socket, (looked much bigger than other eye), AND to boot, it was higher than my left eye. So it looked about x2 bigger than my left eye.

my left eye had slight ptosis as well , and it was lower in the bony socket, AND it was located deeper in the orbital rim, meaning less of it showed.

literally my right eye looked about twice the size of my left eye, so I always had to keep my eyes semi-closed because opening them up would make the asymmetry more pronounced.

your eyes are pretty good

Blepharoplasty might improve your look. Have you begun doing any research?

I think your eyes look kinda cool...

There are different eye surgeries out there. I agree with robyne00. You should start doing some research about different procedures. Get a couple of free consultations. It is hard to tell exactly what you need by looking at a couple of pics because your eyes look different in each of them.

You can go for it

Yes, you can opt for it.

Looking into your eyes, I think upper eyelid surgery would be appropriate for you.
