hello I am a 27 year old male looking to get otoplasty done. I've never in my life considered doing this procedure even though i get teased sometimes about my protruding ears (especially when i was little), but now that I’m balding, they’ve become more obvious since i shave my head, my biggest question about the procedure is are the scars noticeable afterwards because i can't conceal them since i shave my head? And do ears usually come out evenly after surgery? I really don't know what to do
