Default Control of the Result

hello i am a 22 year old male looking to get otoplasty done. my biggest question about the procedure is how much control the surgeon has over the finished product. I don't want my ears flat against my head i just want them to stick in a little closer to my head. can he control this or is it flat against the head or nothing? thanks.

Surgeons do have control over the outcome of the surgery. You can discuss the result that you would like to achieve with your surgeon before the surgery. You may also need to understand that the output of the surgery can also be affected once complications occur. It does not happen every time, but it could possibly happen.
