Hello everybody!
My name is Vanessa and I created this blog because this is the only way I found to accomplish my dream and try to heal a trauma that has caused me much emotional problems throughout my life, since I was a child!

I've seen so many people in need (or not), lying to people on the Internet and inventing the wildest stories to get money! I prefer to tell the truth! I prefer to show my real problems for people and let them judge whether it is worthwhile to donate or not! I think so, no lying, being honest, I have God's help to reach my goal!

I am a girl of good appearance, but I have a problem that affects me a lot. My ears are very large and looks very forward! I have the famous "floppy ears", but mine are very evident. I have very little amount of hair and they are very flat, so they don't hide my ears at all!

In college I had just one friend because children know how to be cruel and teased me a lot. Then I felt excluded from other classmates! Yes, after all I'm very shy!
I've done therapy, I've tried to forget about this problem but nothing works. This makes me suffer a lot!

I have no money to perform a plastic surgery. I have a job but my salary is very low and I need to eat and pay essential bills, then I can never save money for the surgery!
I once received an offer to work as a model in magazines and TV commercials, because my face is very beautiful, but the model agency asked me to set my ears as a prerequisite! I felt humiliated and lost this job because I had no money to do this!

I know that many people will send me messages such as: "You must accept yourself as you are" etc. Thank you people, I appreciate this kind of message but I can tell you for sure that it really doesn't works! I've already tried!
I think only someone who has or had the same problem I have, knows how important it is and how it can end the self esteem of a person! Especially when we lose great opportunities because of this problem! It's very, very sad ...

Nobody is obliged to understand, much less to donate! I am humbly asking because I am desperate to have a better and happier life! Unfortunately I can not afford this for myself, then I need to ask for help!

I can understand why you would feel that way but there are many in your shoes that feel plastic surgery would boost their self esteem but can't afford it. If you were considered for modeling and the only thing is the ears that is a lot better than many in the same predicament- those with birth defects, trauma victims and so forth. If you can raise the money more power to you but that's a tough sell. Why not put the time into a part time second job to come up with the money?
