Mostly it doesn't hurt. If it hurts then an infection may be pooped.

At the time pinning it doesn't hurt but after sometime when you will eat or chew then it will pain a lot. Also it can hurt if someone touches your ear accidentally, one more thing you should keep an eye on is "infection". If there is an infection in your ear it will pain........ A LOT!!

Ear pinning surgery is very painful, I think so. Yesterday I went to an ENT specialist with my friend because he has lots of pain in his ear. Doctor said this pain is just because of wax and when he tried to clear the wax from ear then my friend shouting because there are lots of pain in his ear. Then Doctor said it will be clear in two or three sittings. I am saying this because if he had so much pain just because of wax then what is the limit of pain when you get ear pinning surgery.
