Ok so my right ear is kind of cut off or sometin from birth and now im 18 so i wanna fix it...its not really noticeable cuz in all my 18 years only a few ppl have pointed it out to me but i still wanna get them fixed......i also wanna get both ears pierced so is it possible for that to be incorporated in this idk...i just need advice to as wat i can do/get done....and possibly how much it cud cost....

Piercing and PS are not a package deal. Some docs do grafts, but the results are usually not satisfactory. Personally, your ears are not that bad from the pics provided. Perhaps if you could attach a frontal photo. Just remove or block out your facial features. That would help to assess the size difference better. Sometimes growing your hair, or a different hairstyle helps too. You can still pierce your ears regardless of size(s), unless the lobe is deformed.

I dont think its that bad! My ear on one side has a piece that sticks out and i wear my hair over it.If you go to a good doctor they should be able to make that look better.

Ear surgeries can be tricky, so definitely do not just jump into it. If you decide to have surgery, definitely do your research (and not internet research). Ask many real people, visit many surgeons, and keep your options open.

If it's any comfort, most of us do have asymmetrical ears in some way. The reason we don't notice it is because, as mentioned, when viewed from the front it's not as noticeable.

As Robyne said, otoplasty is not the easiest surgery, so be careful in who you go with (if you decide to get surgery). Don't go with a general plastic surgeon for this no matter how much cheaper they are - you need a specialist for something like this.

Do you have a time line in mind to get surgery or are you just exploring it as an option at this point?

p.s. I would hold off on the piercing if you are going to get otoplasty
