Interview with Michael F. McGuire, MD
 

A colleague of mine sent me this link about one surgeon's views about teens and plastic surgery quite some time ago. I thought some of the forum members might find this information interesting.

As per the article: "Michael F. McGuire, MD, (is the) President-Elect of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was a member of the team that authored the ASPS guidelines on cosmetic surgery in teens. Dr. McGuire is Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California, and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery".
