You need to be more specific about your desired "chin augmentation". Honestly, a plastic surgeon would be able to make worlds of difference beyond the other types of professionals and paraprofessionals you are discussing. What type of research have you done? Solely internet? What types of specialists have you visited?

A dual board certified plastic surgeon (both plastic surgery and otolaryngology) would be preferred, in my opinion.
