I had a chin implant put in a little over 2 years ago and decided removal is needed because the implant is too big. I talked to the doctor and he said he would take it out. I have not gone through with *yet* but am going to in december. I am worried about the skin being stretched out from the chin implant and not going back into place after I get it taken out.

Anyone out there who has had one removed and can tell me what I should expect? I do not know if I will do it if it gives me a turkey gobbler on my neck LOL

I'm actually not sure but what you are saying makes sense - it does seem as though that you may be left with some extra skin. I know some plastic sugeons promote using chin implants when someone hits their forties to try and tighten up the skin in the neck. Does the opposite happen if you remove the chin implant?

Do you want to get it replaced with one that is smaller?
