Default Is it possible to make my jaw smaller?!

I have a rather prominent jaw and on a man I don't think it's a problem but I'm a female in my 20's and it makes me a little Jay Leno looking. Is it possible to shave down the bone to make it less pronounced?

looks like they did a couple surgeries on her

(1) slid the jaw back to fix underbite
(2) shaved down the chin

This is taken from Dr. Niamtu site in Virginia, however I have no reviews of him and don't know anyone that has used him.

"Custom facial implants are also available to fill in facial defects caused by disease, trauma or developmental problems. These implants are made with advanced computer techniques and Dr. Niamtu was one of the first surgeons in the state to use this technology over 15 years ago."

you probably can do something to your chin that can help things.
