By 24 years of age you should have a better grasp of what you look like, what flaws you have, what positive qualities you possess, as well as how you want to present yourself. I cannot professionally diagnose you, but it sounds like your mental health issues are pushing you in the direction that changing your looks will improve your overall situation and/or other's perceptions. We never know how others perceive us or how we really come across. All we know is how WE think others perceive us, and our perceptions are often flawed. Sounds like you have some Body Dysmorphic Disorder going on. You got some good feedback on the forum about your nose, seeing an aesthetician, muscle implants ... it sounds like you don't know what you need and/or want.
Before going under the knife your mental health issues should be addressed. As soon as possible.

I mean I don't know if the perceptions of my looks on here are accurate, or not. Or just "sugar-coating." Anyway, I'm planning a major lifestyle change, so the PS might have to wait.

Not really relevant to this thread I guess, but I'm planning a move in the not-too-soon future. I suppose that really isn't a lifestyle change in and of itself, but it may provide opportunities. Thanks for the interest.
