| Sounds to me like you take a lot of heart. Try not to. Being overly sensitive can cause you a lot of issues (medical, emotional, psychological).
I really think you should speak to a professional, professionally speaking.

| PM a link to your profile picture and I will be happy to give you my honest opinion.
The leprechaun comment doesn't make sense to me and I bet it meant nothing. You are probably just over-analyzing it. |

| I wish there was a sub-forum here where you could discuss muscle implants. I think that would help my body image without screwing my face up even more. |

| Muscle implants? Can you elaborate?

| I would highly advise against that. If you want to gain a little muscle why not hit the gym a little?
Implants seem like an extreme way to go and from pictures I've seen on TV shows and they look fake. On MTV a few years ago I remember there was a guy that got calf implants and I thought they looked awful.
I can understand why a girl may want slightly bigger breasts if she was born with ones abnormally small, I can understand why someone may want to have rhinoplasty, but extreme plastic surgery like calf implants doesn't make sense to me. There are more important things to worry about. Like you should be happy that you have arms and legs that work normally. |

| I think you need to decide on the part of your body that you want to improve, wanttoimprove. You started out with nose issues and now it has migrated across the spectrum. Not knowing what you want can lead to seriously undesirable results.

Like I said I think your hair could be "improved" if you grew it out. Why aren't you will to try that advice out first? |

| Some dude told me he was going to "slap the ugly right off my face." Nice. I honestly do NOT know what makes them say these things, other than it being true. I don't get it, I'm not the only ugly person where I work. WHY AM I BEING SINGLED OUT??!! |

| Again I think you're over analyzing what he said. That is a slang phrase which some people say and I don't think it really has anything to do with the person's actual appearance.
You really should talk to someone about this problem. Do you have insurance that will cover a therapist? Even if you are hesitant about that you could at least go once and try it out. |

| As I have said from the beginning, and I am speaking from a professional viewpoint, your mental health issues need to be addressed. When an adult matures properly, insults are mere fodder. You on the other hand are simply utilizing a plastic surgery forum as a soapbox to post puerile verbiage that others are spewing at you. Puzzling. How old are you again?
