I do not have a specific surgeon to recommend for this procedure, but what I can say is that usually the "less is more" approach is best here. As mentioned you do not want a night and day change. I am no doctor but I would advise on a smaller sized implant. Usually the difference between a receding chin and a normal one is not as much as you think; a small sized chin implant often is sufficient.
