LOL yes I don't think it's as simple as "holding your chin high." If it were that simple women would be holding their boobs up in the air to avoid a breast lift and pulling their face skin up to avoid a facelift.
The average cost of a chin implant shouldn't be too bad compared to other plastic surgery procedures which are more complicated. As said before this is a very straightforward thing to do. The one thing though is that there is a possibility for nerve damage in that area that's permanent so you need to be careful with choosing your doctor for that reason if none other.
