I just dont know what procedure(s) would help me. I think I could use a chin implant and cheeks but I don't want to go to a lot of trouble and look just as ugly but in a different way, if you know what I mean.

I wish there was a test or measurement that could be done to tell me what I need. I wish I could get my entire head re-done but I guess that technology isn't quite ready yet.

I suppose I'll need to post pics?

Honestly, it sounds like you need to talk to a surgeon. Find someone in your area who offers a free consultation and he or she will be able to help you discuss options and clarify what your goals might be. You'll have a lot more information that way, and you'll also be able to get an idea of what different procedures can accomplish (and will cost.)
