Default Ugly Dude Needs Advice

I just dont know what procedure(s) would help me. I think I could use a chin implant and cheeks but I don't want to go to a lot of trouble and look just as ugly but in a different way, if you know what I mean.

I wish there was a test or measurement that could be done to tell me what I need. I wish I could get my entire head re-done but I guess that technology isn't quite ready yet.

I suppose I'll need to post pics?

Honestly, it sounds like you need to talk to a surgeon. Find someone in your area who offers a free consultation and he or she will be able to help you discuss options and clarify what your goals might be. You'll have a lot more information that way, and you'll also be able to get an idea of what different procedures can accomplish (and will cost.)

Or try fitting the marquartds mask on your face, it contains the gold ration, it pretty much is the measurement of beauty, then where you don't fit it you can get surgery there
