xenography

Hi was wondering how long do the maxillary implants tend to last? I understand that various types which are used ranging from autografts (hips I'm presuming), porous polyethylene, silicon, and a few other various assortments of allographs with other compositions. My question is to how long the most common various implants last and how does it affect bone remodeling and such (Wolf's law). Also is there any long term complications with having titanium in the body for such extended times? I'm 26 years old and I don't want to have to deal with a surgery to insert and replace such objects as I know fibrosis of the tissues over such long times becomes very prominent over more years. I just started residency and I'd albeit being a bit late, I want to get something done for myself.
