My face is too wide, is there surgery to change it?
 

Well, I'm a guy who'd like to look a little different I guess. I really don't like my face right now. It suddenly gets wider near the bottom of my eyes. My jaw is kind of wide too, but then I have a narrow chin that makes it worse.

I'm wondering if a plastic surgeon could grind away some of that extra width off, and maybe also a little off of my chin? Also if it can be done, about how much do you think it would cost?
