Default do i need a chin implant or buccal fat reduction?

I feel like my face has a lot of .. um .. "baby fat" in my face and my cheeks and I think it makes my jawline look really horizontal. I want to have a skinnier jawline kind of like the picture I posted where I photoshopped my face before and after. What type of surgery do you think I should get? I've been told a chin implant would work and I think that getting rid of some of the fat in my face could definitely make my jaw "skinnier" as well. I just want to do what's less expensive and less painful; I don't want to move any bones in my face...so yeah.. Thanks for your responses and support.

I think your face shape gives you a wholesome look. I think a rhinoplasty/slight tweaking would make you look even better.

best for you is just lose 15 lbs...then your face will lose the baby fat, and it'll go slimmer.

I would set up consultations with Dr.s I think rhinoplasty is what they will suggest. What does your profile look like? They may suggest a chin implant based on that.

If you think you have baby fat you will get the best results by going to the gym, build muscle strength and keep bodyfat % to minimum. Skinny girls can still have high bodyfat content and you won't get any huge muscles or anything doing normal workout. Big muscles are only gained with various proteins and injections. Working out and lowering bodyfat will define your and slim your facial shape, if that's what you want.

Don't do surgery!!! You have no idea how many people are miserable and regret theirs. I've read some studies and its close to 80% who are dissatisfied to some degree. Of course surgeons won't tell us that! Besides, buccal fat is very difficult to remove because cheeks are actually quite thin and the face has a lot of nerves (dangerous too!) and within 20 years you will look older than your age if you remove it.
