I know there is two ways to insert the chin implant: inside your mouth or underneath the chin. Since I do not like the idea of getting an incision inside my mouth, I want to get it under the chin. The problem is I like having facial hair. When it's wintertime, I grow my beard to keep my face warm. My question is: After you get a chin implant under the chin, can hair still grow in that area? I hear the incision isn't too big or thick so it should be fine, right?

It doesn't grow back in that spot, but the incision is so small that it's unnoticeable.

Jonathon A is correct. The immediate incision will not have hair growth but directly to the side there will be.

No on this spot there will be no hair but remaining part will cover it and you will feel warmer.
