My doctor told me an Implantech chin implants would be best for me. The model is Mittelman Pre Jowl-Chin and this is what it says "Provides anterior chin augmentation with a subtle increase in lateral fullness precisely positioned to augment the pre-jowl sulcus. Posterior implant surface allows for a pronounced symphyseal ridge"

I don't get what this means and when he explained it to me I was only confused more?

It means this particular implant will allow frontal projection (jut), with a bit more fullness on the sides of the chin, as well as improving the area under the chin. The back of the implant will help to complement and further accentuate the center of the chin.
