Jawline enhancement How can one do jawline enhancement without plastic surgery. Will facial exercises really enhance the definition of the jaw? There is not much fat on my jaw but some more definition wouldnt hurt. Its not a big enough issue to do surgery for and that is why I want to no about non surgical ways I can improve it. If there are any products for the skin that can tighten the area that can enhance jawline more that work I would like to know about them. |
Some facial exercises can give the jawline increased definition. Facial exercises will not make your actual jaw muscle larger. |
The only facial exercises that will offer the benefits would be working the masseter muscle (that big muscle on the sides of your jawbone). Doing that might give you a more prominent looking jaw but I think the actual jawline enhancement would be minimal, at best. For starters you can try chewing gum frequently :) That works the masseter muscle and I have heard some ENT surgeons recommend that after jaw wiring to rebuild the muscle. But again I don't know how much, if any, improvement it will offer you. I think a lot of it depends on the face type. There have been a few facial exercises that have come onto the market and promise jawline enhancement, but I don't know anyone that has used them (so who knows if they're waste of money or not). |
Thanks. I would be down for the facial exercises but don't know if it will help the area I want to enhance. I had an idea last night about doing injections along the jawline to make it pop out more. How about that? |
Jaw injections are usually used to reduce the jaw, rather than build it up. |
Yes, Robyne is right... unless you were talking about injectable fillers:confused: If you were, that would definitely not be a solution! |
