Default Laser surgery is the only way to get rid of the scars completely? Any side effects?
I have a big thick scar that has been bothering me for over a year. I heard of Bio Oil, but I don't think it'll get rid of that scar completely.

So is laser surgery the only way to get rid of that scar? If not, then what other ways are there? Will there be any side effects from laser surgery?
