Question Do cheek implants interfere with facial muscle movements?

I haven't had cheek implants so I can't answer this, but I am hoping one of you out there can. I was wondering if cheek implants ever interfere with your muscle movements on your face? I would think that since they are placed under the muscle they therefore alter the way the muscle move. Whether that's good or bad I don't know... can anyone answer this one?
