Unhappy Very thin, bony face that makes me look older than I am.

I am in my early twenties and unfortunately have such a thin face that I look older (late 20s) than what I actually am. I was thinking of getting cheek implants to give myself youthful volume and some lip fillers to get more plump lips. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is a side pic, but I chose it to highlight how thin my face is. Frontal photos are not so bad, but when I turn I look really unflattering to the point that I run away from cameras because I'm not very photogenic.

I also am not too fond of my nose but have gotten used to it that I accept it as part of my personality now. I've seen celebrities like Giada with nontraditional noses that I decided it's not so bad and I would keep that flaw. Now I only wish the rest of my face were more naturally pleasing.

Have you considered fillers like fat transfer or jaw implants ?

Cheek implant will help you a lot get youthfulness to your face, improve shallow contours or soften those facial creases and facial lines.

Hi, cheek fillers give added volume to create a fuller face. We recommend Juvederm for cheek fillers. You can read more about it on this Beauty Fix Med Spa blog: Meet Voluma, the New Anti-Aging Superhero In short, it's FDA approved and perfect for the check area.
For the lips we recommend a different type of Juverderm filler which can be found here. In this blog we give Billy Idol a skin makeover and he has very thin lips like yours. We discuss the best filler to plump up the lips to give a sexier pout: Celebrity Skin Fixes: Billy Idol

If you really dislike the nose, we suggest changing it! The nose is one of the most prominent features on the face and the first thing people notice. At Body Cosmetica, they have board certified plastic surgeons with fantastic before and afters who have extensive experience when it comes to rhinoplasty. Take look at the website here and feel free to contact for a fews consultation: http://www.bodycosmetica.com
