Default Buccal fat pad removal?
I'm looking into buccal fat pad removal, as I have bigger, rounder cheeks and I'd like to achieve a more angular, chiseled look. I'm a 22 year old male. My bodyfat is around 9% so loosing weight is not the problem.

Does anyone have any experience with buccal fat pad removal, and are there any cautions to be aware of with it? Can it really help make the cheeks smaller and help make the lower face less rounded and puffy, and more chiseled?

Any input is appreciated.
