Should I do a plastic surgery job on my nose?

Hi friends,
I'm talking about the bottom part of my nose between the nostrils. That extra skin makes my the nose look longer, not bigger, just longer. I think it's too heavy which makes the upper lip sink in too. Any recommendations, hints or tips would be greatly appreciated!
